Parking

There is free street parking on 6th St SE. There is also metered parking on 2nd Ave SE.

Check In

When you arrive, you will find an iPad to check yourself in. Hang your coat, check in and have a seat in our waiting area.

Check Out

We offer touchless check out. Before leaving your hair professional’s chair, you can charge the card we have on file.

 

Need products? Ask your artist to grab them for you, or they can email you a link to purchase your products which will ship directly to your home (this is a great way to reduce the overhead for the salon and your artist still gets supported).

Plan for your next hair service and schedule your future appointment before leaving.

Cancellations

Cancellation and late Policy

We require a minimum 48 hour notification for all cancellations. We need this time to fill that appointment with someone on our waitlist.

 

Less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service that you were scheduled for.  

Less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service that you were scheduled for.

No-show and No-call will result in a 100% charge for the service you were scheduled for. Should your card on file decline charges, future scheduling will be suspended until resolved.

 

Please call or text your hair professional if you are running late.

If you will be 15 minutes late or more we may have to reschedule your appointment or adjust the service to accommodate the smaller time frame.

Masks are optional unless otherwise communicated by your hair artist.

Sanitation

We will be consistently sanitizing all common areas of the salon.

 

We have updated HVAC and extra air filtration systems.

All of our tools and equipment will be sanitized between each use.

The safety and health of our guests and artists is our top priority.
